Principals Dan Dameron and Tyler Babcock took full ownership of the firm in 1999 and built upon the strong fundamentals and commitment to quality established by Ron and Jim to make MFDB Architects, Inc. a respected design oriented leader in the architectural community.
In October 2005, we moved into our current home at 111 Scripps, an existing nurses training facility that we completely renovated into an open, clean, beautifully daylit, and efficient studio. The design and construction of the project was guided and inspired by the sustainable principles of the United States Green Building Council's LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program. The program certified our office as LEED GOLD, the second highest rating possible.
